How can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason contact us within the first 24 hours and we will be happy to assist you. Since all our products are made in an individual production, it is not possible to cancel an order after the production has started. Please contact us to find out whether a cancellation or adjustments can still be made.
What happens after I place an order?
Once your order has been placed, like many other online purchases, you will then receive an email notification confirming your order and product details, etc. The order is then processed by our team, who check to ensure it is print-ready and compatible with our guidelines before sending it off for production. If it is not, we will contact you to resolve the matter at hand as soon as possible.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes! We will never go into production until you have approved the production mockup.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces for each corporate gift option.
Can I get a discount on super high volume?

How long does the delivery take?
Depending on the order size and the order specifications it can take between four to seven weeks. Of course, the delivery time includes the time for the production. If you need the shipment until a certain date, it is possible to agree on a fixed date.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We have customers all over the world. Nevertheless, we recommend you to check whether there is a good ratio between the delivery costs and the product value for countries outside the EU.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping within the EU is completely free! The costs outside the EU vary depending on the shipping volume and weight. We cooperate with reliable and cost-efficient shipping companies and calculate fair shipping costs based on our own costs. Just contact us to calculate the approximate delivery costs for you. Please make sure to input your address, the gift option you choose and your order quantity that you would like to place in your contact request.
How will the goods be shipped?
We safely pack and send your order on pallets. Depending on the location, via air transportation, marine transportation or road transportation.
Are there additional fees for a delivery?
Yes, import duties depend on the country and have to be paid upon delivery. We cooperate with custom agencies to make the delivery as easy as possible for you. In general, import duties for our products are rather low.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards and all credit card payments are securely processed through iyzico. In addition, we accept PayPal payments. Orders above $5,000 will have the option of making payment via direct Bank Transfer.
When and how do I receive the invoice?
We always send the invoice by email after the delivery.
What if I’m unhappy with my order?
If you are unhappy with your order because the product is defective just contact us and we will rerun your order or refund your money. We are in this for the long-haul and we will work with you to be sure you are 100% satisfied.
